Praise the Lord!
Praise Him for His goodness and mercy
As shown to our beloved country

He has watched over us
He has guided our nation these 233 years
He has been faithful since before our founding

Though we have not always been faithful to Him
He has kept His promises
Praise Him for His faithfulness

Praise Him in the cities and villages
Praise Him on the mountain and plain
Praise Him in the valley and forest

Praise Him in the dessert and meadow
Praise Him all you citizens
From every language and ethnic group

Praise the God of our Fathers
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.

Praise the Lord!
