Divine Artistry

sunflowerWhy are bluebird’s feathers blue,
But a cardinal’s red?
Who chose all the shades and hues
That beautify a flower bed?

Why are there countless shades of green
For bushes, grass, and trees?
Who decided on colors
For butterflies, birds, and bees?

Why so many subtle tones
Of brown for human skin?
Did a Master Sculptor
Design us and our children?

The Creator is God our Father
Who, according to His master plan,
Fashioned them and gave them life—
Plants, animals, woman, and man.
