Jan Lutz is a retired educator who enjoys creative writing. She has been published in Country Woman, Open Minds Quarterly, Catholic Yearbook, Lutheran Message, Lutheran Digest, Lutheran Journal, and the Lutheran Woman’s Quarterly. Other interests include Bible study, vocal music, playing organ, reading, sewing, crafting and bird-watching. She and her husband have been married for 40 years. They have five adult children and two grandsons. It is Jan’s prayer that her writing will bless those who read it. Jan’s column, Poems to Ponder, is posted bimonthly on PositivelyFeminine.org.
